During my recent stay at this hotel, I was impressed by its excellent location. The hotel is directly connected to a subway exit, making transportation easy. There is also a convenience store right in front of the hotel and a supermarket just a five-minute walk away, which added a lot of convenience.
However, on the second day of our stay, we encountered an issue with one of the hotel staff members that affected our overall experience. We had entrusted our room keys to the front desk earlier in the day, but when we returned, the staff member who took the keys was no longer on shift. The male staff member on duty couldn’t locate the keys, and his attitude was unfortunately rude and dismissive, even though we had done nothing wrong.
I’m not sure if the issue was due to a language barrier, as I was speaking in English, or if it was simply a lack of professionalism, but the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable. Thankfully, when my father, who speaks Japanese, arrived, he was able to resolve the issue with the help of another staff member, who was more polite and efficient.
This experience made me concerned about how other non-Japanese-speaking guests might be treated in similar situations. I believe the staff would benefit from further training in customer service and communication to prevent misunderstandings like this in the future.
While the hotel offers great amenities and a fantastic location, this incident highlights a need for better customer service. I hope the management takes this into consideration to ensure all guests have a positive experience.
관광 명소에서 조금 멀 수 있지만, 전철을 타고 환승하는 것이 매우 편리합니다. 이 역에서 시부야까지는 1정거장, 신주쿠까지 1정거장으로 바로 갈 수 있고, 야마노테선으로 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 나리타 익스프레스를 이용하고 싶다면, 오사키에서 시나카와까지 단 1정거장만 가면 됩니다. 이동하기 정말 간편합니다. 요코하마나 가마쿠라를 여행할 분들에게는 특히 적합합니다. 우리는 매우 만족했습니다. 역에서 나오면 바로 호텔이 있고, 직장인들이 많은 지역이라 음식도 다양하게 있습니다. 호텔 아래에는 Lawson도 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 사람이 붐비지 않고, 걷기에도 멀지 않지만, 너무 많이 오지는 않으셨으면 좋겠어요. 다음에 다시 오면 방 예약이 어려워질 수도 있으니, 조심해 주세요.
